“Regarding our experience hosting the 3rd International Conference on Circular Economy, Renewable Energy, and Green Hydrogen in Africa (ICERA 2025), I am pleased to share that it was overwhelmingly positive.
Our local logistics team was highly competent and consistently exceeded our expectations. The accommodation facilities were very comfortable, and all participants expressed great satisfaction. We were also impressed by the smooth road network, the overall organization of the country, and the efficiency of the systems in place, including the availability of various payment methods across different areas.
The visa process was professional and well-organized. However, we noted that airport officials did not always distinguish between the Visa on Arrival and the MICE visa. This led some participants to question the necessity of obtaining the MICE visa when the Visa on Arrival appeared more affordable. Clarifying this difference at the entry point could help improve the experience for future conference attendees.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we highly recommend Namibia as an excellent destination for hosting conference”
